I’m Gukartar Deoora-Raja, an Osteopath and Specialist Paediatric Osteopath based in Taplow.
At GK Osteopaths, my approach goes far beyond simply treating “back pain”. I’m deeply interested in how the nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems interact, and how these relationships influence the way your body feels and functions.
I support patients with both acute and complex health needs, working to identify the true root cause of your discomfort and helping you rebuild long-term health.

New Patient Appointment (60 mins) — Full initial consultation including case history, assessment and treatment. Great for first-time patients or those with a fresh concern.
Follow-Up Appointment (60 mins) — Continued hands-on treatment for ongoing issues. Ideal for follow-up care or more complex sessions.
Follow-Up Appointment (30 mins) — Shorter follow-up for maintenance, minor issues or quick check-ins.
Initial Paediatric Appointment (60 mins) — Gentle, safe treatment and assessment for babies, children or teens. Parents of babies under 1 are asked to bring their child’s red book.
Follow-Up Paediatric Appointment (30 mins) — Shorter follow-up session, for ongoing care or progress checks.
A combined session for both mother and baby — ideal as a first post-partum check. Includes a full history, examination and treatment for both. For mum: pelvic floor and diastasis recti checks; for baby: a new-born check up. Breastfeeding during treatment is allowed, and mums are asked to bring the baby’s red book. This slot is for joint mother-baby bookings; if only one of you needs treatment, the standard adult or paediatric bookings should be used instead.
