Welcome — I’m Marianne, and I’m honoured to share the holistic practices that guided me on my own journey of healing and self-discovery.
From a young age, my empathic nature was strong, yet I learned to shut it down to feel safe. Years of lessons, pain, and growth eventually led me back to my true self — and to the healing arts that helped me transform.
Reiki was the first tool I returned to for self-healing, later becoming a Reiki Master. My love for crystals deepened into crystal healing, and my connection to nature inspired studies in aromatherapy. I explored chakra alignment, somatic and trauma release, and found renewal through holistic massage practices — from Indian Head Massage to Japanese Head Spa and Natural Lift Facial Massage.
Each modality I offer is one I have personally walked with — powerful tools to reconnect mind, body, and spirit.
In my tranquil St Albans space, I invite you to rest, release, and rediscover your inner balance. My mission is to empower you to nurture your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being, and to find peace within.

The Natural Lift Facial Massage is a revitalising treatment that combines traditional facial massage techniques with energy work to naturally lift, tone, and revive. I had the most wonderful treatment with Marianne. The studio takes your breath away, it is instantly calming, soothing, homely and comfortable.
My head spa was just wonderful. Be prepared to be grossed out by your own scalp on the 'before' pics. Don't worry though, it will be sparkly clean by the end of it.
