We’re a home personal training service so we bring our sessions to you, meaning you can work out in an environment where you feel comfortable – this may be in your local park or even your living room.
We offer a full range of personal training sessions incorporating a wide variety of training techniques – this helps us keep you focused on your goals and ensures you’ll never get bored!
Each of our sessions is an hour long and we structure the hour to get the best results for you so we keep moving towards your goals.
Challenge us to lose you 1 Stone in bodyweight over 8 weeks. This is a result oriented package designed to strip off unwanted body fat tissue. We offer a radical body changing programme with weight-loss the number 1 goal!
LeanOnMe realise that everyone is different and so cannot guarantee you will lose exactly 1 stone of bodyweight. However, we can guarantee that you will be put through a progressive weight loss regime without compromising your health. No starvation diets and un-realistic amounts of exercise. 6 weeks of resistance focused conditioning designed to increase muscle size and strength. A performance based package for all levels. Learn how to lift effectively while we push your muscles to their limit!
While we offer in-home Personal Training and Nutrition courses that are great for weight-loss and individual goals, our Bootcamps are a great way to begin your fitness journey with us! Exercising in a group outside in natures elements really has a different vibe to it! Being outdoors and breathing in fresh air lowers stress while being with other people is highly important to mental well-being!
Body fat acts as an energy store for the body. It protects your organs, cushions joints, regulates body temperature and is responsible for the secretion of certain hormones. In short, it helps to keep you alive.

I have been joining Tom's outdoor Bootcamp sessions in Ivinghoe and Pitstone for eight months now, usually 3 sessions a week. Since joining I have lost weight, increased my general fitness, and had a great deal of fun.
Every session is different so the routines never get stale.
Tom takes pains to see we all perform the exercises correctly and at the right level or weight for our individual abilities. I may never run a marathon but I am certainly running further now than I was eight months ago. I thoroughly enjoy Tom's classes.
Tom is an absolute life-changer, 5 stars is not a high enough rating!
He is a great trainer, and always accommodating; the sessions are as tough as they are rewarding, and he has helped me work through decade-old injuries - this is the healthiest and most motivated I have felt in such a long time.
