As a mother of three young children, I know first-hand the profound challenges that can come with navigating grief alongside motherhood. This is not something I simply understand in theory — it is something I live with, and continue to walk through, every day.

Grief is a shape-shifter. It moves, evolves, and shows up in different ways at different times. Through my coaching, I will walk alongside you — guiding and supporting you with care, compassion, and presence. By creating a safe, nurturing and supportive space, you are invited to explore your grief in whatever way it shows up for you. Every session is entirely bespoke, shaped around you and your needs in that moment.

With a trauma-sensitive and holistic approach, we will explore grief somatically and with curiosity. Together, we will reconnect you with your values, honour both you and your loved ones, and gently focus on whatever feels most important for you. This work is about meeting you where you are — without judgement, pressure or expectation.

You will be supported to feel and face your grief at your own pace, alongside a compassionate and authentic coach who is also a mother and on her own grief journey. I believe deeply in the importance of working with someone who truly gets it. Together, we will explore, understand and live alongside grief — learning how to allow grief and joy to coexist, gaining insight into your nervous system, and developing practical tools and resources to support you long-term.

Wherever you are on your grief journey, booking a free 15–30 minute connection call is a gentle first step towards healing and recovery. This call gives us the opportunity to see if we are the right fit for one another — something I believe is essential when working through such a vulnerable and personal experience. It also allows me to understand where you are on your grief pathway, and where you would like to be.

There is never any obligation or pressure to commit to coaching during or after the call. You truly have nothing to lose by booking a connection call — but so much you may gain.

Holding Space for Loss

Short-Term Support Through Acute Loss or Transition
For those needing support during an especially difficult period.

Sometimes grief feels particularly heavy — in the early days after a loss, around anniversaries, or during major life changes. These sessions offer short-term, focused support to help you feel less alone and more resourced.

This option is ideal if you are in the early stages of grief, feeling emotionally overwhelmed or stuck, or navigating a significant transition or triggering time.

We focus on grounding, emotional support, and practical tools to help you through the present moment with care.

1:1 Holistic Grief Coaching

Blocks of 6 1:1 Holistic Grief Coaching sessions.

These sessions provide a safe, supportive space to express your emotions freely and explore your grief in whatever way it shows up for you. Each session is fully bespoke and led at your own pace.

With a trauma-sensitive and holistic approach, we explore grief somatically and with curiosity, while reaffirming your values and honouring you and your loved ones. I will work closely with you to create a personalised programme that supports your individual needs and goals for healing, alongside a compassionate coach who is also on their own grief journey.

Together Through Grief - 12 week coaching programme

This 12-week programme offers ongoing, compassionate support and follows the framework of the 1:1 Holistic Grief Coaching sessions, fully tailored to your unique grief journey.

In month one, you’ll receive two 1-hour coaching sessions. Month two includes two further 1-hour sessions, bespoke to your individual needs. In month three, you’ll have one 1-hour coaching session alongside a 1-hour future planning session focused on your progress and next steps.

You’ll also receive online and Telegram support on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays throughout the programme and for one month after it ends, along with access to all session tools, journal prompts, breathing exercises, and grounding techniques.

Grief & Growth - 6 month coaching programme

This six-month programme offers in-depth, personalised support tailored to your unique grief journey. In month one, you’ll begin with either a 2-hour breakthrough session or two 1-hour coaching sessions. Months two to five include a 1.5-hour monthly coaching session with personal growth, workshop-style exercises to support your individual needs, or the option of six bespoke 1-hour sessions. In month six, you’ll receive a 1-hour coaching session alongside a 1-hour future planning session focused on your progress and next steps.

You’ll also receive online and Telegram support from Monday to Friday throughout the programme and for one month after it ends, along with access to all session tools, journal prompts, breathing exercises, and grounding techniques.
