Sharon creates a calm and supportive space where people can reconnect with themselves through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, meditation and mindful self-care.

Also known spiritually as Tej Preet, Sharon’s journey into meditation began over ten years ago through a personal desire to find deeper balance, clarity and inner connection. In 2018, she discovered Kundalini Yoga and immediately felt drawn to its powerful combination of movement, breathwork, mantra and meditation.

Inspired by the transformation the practice brought to her own life, Sharon completed her Level One Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training with the Sahej Academy in 2019. Since then, she has continued to deepen her knowledge through ongoing daily practice, personal study and advanced Level Two training.

Sharon is passionate about sharing the benefits of Sadhana, the traditional morning yoga practice that encourages self-awareness, emotional balance and spiritual growth. Her classes are designed to support both beginners and experienced students, offering a welcoming environment where everyone can explore the connection between mind, body and soul at their own pace.

Through traditional Kundalini yogic postures, breathwork, chanting and meditation, Sharon gently guides others towards greater inner calm, self-discovery and personal transformation.

Yoga Retreat Experiences

Immersive wellbeing retreats combining Kundalini Yoga, meditation, mantra and gong bath healing in a peaceful and nurturing environment. These restorative experiences are designed to help you pause from everyday demands, reconnect with yourself and leave feeling grounded, refreshed and rebalanced.

Breath Walk

A mindful practice combining walking, breath awareness and meditation within the calming surroundings of nature. Breath Walk encourages a meditative state through rhythmic breathing and gentle movement, helping to reduce mental overwhelm while promoting clarity, calm and inner balance.

Gong Bath Healing

A deeply relaxing sound healing experience where the body is immersed in the therapeutic vibrations of gongs and healing frequencies. Gong baths support deep relaxation for the mind and body, helping to release tension, calm the nervous system and restore energetic balance.
