As a single mum navigating the pressures of a 20-year corporate career, I’ve experienced exhaustion, uncertainty, and emotional strain first-hand. But through it all, I discovered something truly transformative: while we can’t always change our circumstances, we can change how we respond to them.

During the COVID pandemic, I lost my job — a moment that could have broken me. Instead, it became a powerful turning point. I turned inward, embracing mindfulness, energy healing, and holistic wellbeing as my anchors. These practices helped me reconnect with my inner strength and move forward with clarity, peace, and purpose. I didn’t just find coping tools — I found an entirely new way of living.

Today, I’m a certified Reiki Master, yoga and meditation teacher, and Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant based in the UK. I blend these holistic healing modalities to support others on their journeys towards balance, clarity, and emotional wellbeing. Reiki Healing

The word “Reiki” originates from Japan — combining “rei” (universal) and “ki” (life energy). Reiki healing is a gentle, non-invasive energy therapy that helps to release blockages and clear negative energy from the body’s natural energy pathways, often referred to as chakras or energy centres.

During a Reiki session, healing energy flows through the practitioner’s hands to the recipient, promoting balance and harmony on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Many people experience a deep sense of relaxation, inner peace, and renewed vitality after a session, making Reiki therapy a powerful tool for stress relief, emotional healing, and holistic wellbeing.

Crystal Healing

Crystal healing is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing therapy that uses the natural vibrations of crystals to restore balance and harmony within the body’s energy field. Each crystal carries its own unique frequency and energetic properties, acting like a tuning fork to realign and stabilise the body’s subtle energy systems.

During a crystal healing session, the practitioner intuitively selects the crystals that are most beneficial for the recipient’s needs. Meditation

During a guided meditation session, you are gently led through relaxation and visualisation techniques designed to release tension, balance your energy, and promote holistic wellbeing. Over time, meditation can help improve focus, enhance emotional resilience, and cultivate a lasting sense of harmony between mind, body, and spirit.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice that unites the mind, body, and breath to promote overall well-being. Through a combination of postures, breathing exercises, and meditation, yoga helps increase flexibility, strength, and balance while reducing stress and tension. Beyond the physical benefits, it cultivates mindfulness, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself. Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation
